Main Barn

The main barn is insulated and features light and airy 10x10 box stalls. Each stall has a window and/or a dutch door. The stalls all have automatic waterers. There are three tack rooms and plenty of room for auxiliary storage. There is a wash stall with hot and cold water and plenty of cross ties. The aisle is concrete and swept daily. The barn also has a heated bathroom - which is especially appreciated during the winter!

Paddocks & Pastures

We offer a variety of paddocks and pastures of various sizes to suit the individual needs of every horse.

Arenas

J&B has two outdoor arenas, one indoor arena, and a round pen approximately 50' in diameter.

The indoor arena is 180'x90' and has sand footing. It gets a lot of natural light during the day and is well lit overhead at night. The indoor is connected to the main barn by an enclosed breezeway.

The sand outdoor arena is 200'x250' and features a full set of jumps that can be set up or removed as needed. There are two sets of bleachers next to the fence for viewing.

The other outdoor arena has grass footing and is a perfect place to school on the flat or lunge. There is often a regulation size small dressage court (20mx40m) set up as well.

Trails!

There is definitely not a want for more trails here at J&B! You can ride for hours without crossing your own path. There are well kept trails available throughout the 140 acre property. The trails are not only perfect for leisurely rides but also for conditioning. There is also a pond on the property that is great for swimming - both with and without horses! The farm also directly abuts three thousand acres of state land with bridle paths.
